Tong Dies Pyramid Tooth
OEE supplies a variety of tong dies & slip inserts for handling tools. Oee dies and inserts are machined, forged, to provide the accuracy required for today's critical applications. The material applied is 20crmnti or 8620, after heat-treatment, the hardness will reach to 58-62 hrc, to ameliorate the performance of wear-resisting and corrosion-resisting to a maximum service life. For the surface treatment, phosphate or sandblasting can be chose, if not mentioned, we will supply those by phosphate. A variety of tooth patterns, such as pyramid, plain, coarse and blue diamond are available to securely grip the hardest strings of casing, tubing and drill-pipe.
