Established in 1993, Qindao Wancheng Anchor Chain Co., Ltd. has been engaged in the anchor chain manufacturing industry for years.
Since its inception, the anchor chain sales and manufacturing business of the company has developed fast through the hard work and great efforts of the leaders and the staff. The company has the staff of more than 150, including 19 engineers and technicians and 26 business personnel and managers, an annual productivity of more than 10,000 tons of anchor chains and a production value of nearly 100 million yuan. In the spirit of “Diligent, Pragmatic, Creditable, Promise-keeping, Low-consumption, High-efficiency, Enterprising, Struggling” and the target of “To Build a First-class Enterprise”, the company provides customers with first-class products and service, making “Wancheng” anchor chains go global.
At present, the company produces and deals in AM1, AM2, AM3 and R3S anchor chains, mooring chains and the attachments of various specifications from φ6mm to φ158mm, mining, hoisting and bundling chains and other chains produced according to customers’ requirements. Meanwhile, the domestic sales department and the international trade department of the company can provide customers with all kinds of marine supporting products including anchors, anchor chains and ship machinery.
The company has passed the ISO9001-2008 Quality Management System factory approval. Together with our sub-contractor, we now can provide the certificates such as China Classification Society, Lloyd's Register, German Lloyd's, American Bureau of Shipping, Korean Register, Registo Italiano Navade, Det Norske Veritas, Nippon Kaiji Kyokai and Bureau Veritas. By virtue of our reliable quality guarantee and service philosophy, our products are sold in more than 60 countries and areas such as America, Canada, Japan and Singapore, with good reputation.

With strong technical force, the company currently has support equipment such as chain manufacturing machine sets, flash welders, stud manufacturing machines, thermal treatment furnaces and tensile testing machines, including three raw material processing devices, one 5# chain manufacturing machine set, one 6# chain manufacturing machine set, six 160KVA butt welding machines, one 250KVA butt welding machine, five general machining devices, one continuous quenching-tempering furnace, one trolley-type heat treatment furnace and one well-type heat treatment furnace.
Inspection and testing equipment
One 2000KN tension tester, one 1000KN universal material testing machine, one impact tester, chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, ultrasonic, magnetic powder flaw detectors, hardness testers, etc.
