OEE National 12P-160 mud pump ceramic liners
OEE can supply 4 types of mud pump liners: supreme liners (bi-metal liners), ceramic zirconia liners, chrome plated liners and high frequency quenching liners. Supreme liners combine the strength of a forged steel outer shell with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a high chromium iron inner sleeve. Which can works on very tough condition with long life of 800 hours or even more . Ceramic zirconia liner is performance much more working life than supreme liners, featured with zirconia inner sleeve. Chrome plated liner is a kind of single metal type liner, chrome plated sleeve shows excellent quality and with larger liner inside diameter than supreme liners. High frequency liner less production time can meet urgent demand.
