Television blacklight film precision die cut machine
This keyboard panel precision die cutter have flat pressing and high precision die cutting unit, shifting materials and slice are controlled by servomotor. It finishes all the process of stamping and die-cut, recycle of waste material, slicing and roll winding for auto label brander simultaneously.
Main Features:
1: JapanesePLC computer control system. It's easily to set parameters for die-cutting, kiss cut/scorecut according to different speed and size of product
2: Discharging rack independently which adjust easily according to product’s crafts;
3: Safety sensors of main die-cut station for protect operator;
4: Photoelectricity tracking sensorefficient to die-cut for product with registed mark, such as the printed labels
6: Automatic central lubrication;
