Stainless Steel Welded Pipes
The Metals Factory is engaged in manufacturing high quality industrial stainless steel welded pipes, including large diameter stainless steel welded pipes, in sizes according to ASTM/ASME, EN, JIS. pipe is supplied annealed and pickled in random lengths or cut to fixed lengths in steel grades TP304L, TP316L, UN S31803, UNS S32205. Our welded pipes are inspected by 100% X-RAY. We sell welded steel pipes in all major grades and sizes encompassing stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium andhigh grade special alloys. Our stock of stainless steel welded pipes and stainless steel welded tubes primarily consist of the austenitic grades of stainless steel including 201, 202, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 321H, 347, 347H and 310S in annealed and pickled, bright annealed, mill finish and polished conditions. Our welded stainless steel pipe comes in a large variety of dimensions and alloys. You can also get your welded stainless pipe custom cut and polished to your specifications. Stainless Steel Welded Pipe upto 12 NPS in double random length are manufactured using coils. The welding process is controlled by laser seam tracking equipment to optimize the quality of weld seam. Whilst automotive tubes and ornamental & structural tubes have been growing, the demand for process pipe has dropped due to the weakness of the oil & gas market and a lack of project business.
