QT-SC01 frequency vibration insecticidal lamp
Product description:Insecticidal lamp is a device for crapping and killing insect pests based on their phototaxis. Using pests’ strong phototaxis and their attraction to wave, color and sex hormone, the lamp can set light within a specific wavelength and frequency (short distance with light, far distance with wave) as a trap to make adult insects dart at electrified wire with high voltage and then killed and fall into the bag under the lamp. The insecticidal lamp can widely apply to agriculture, forestry, vegetable, warehousing, tea, tobacco, gardens, greenhouses, vineyards, aquaculture, etc.
Technical parameters:
1. Frequency vibration technology;
2. Light trap: frequency vibration tubes (320 ~ 680 nm);
3. In accordance with Q/JD 01-2007 standard;
4. The impact area ≥ 0.15m2;
5. The electrified wire is coated with electric arc resistance materials, the wire diameter is 0.6 mm. , the wire voltage is 2300 ± 115V;
6. The horizontal part of the wire is winded spirally in case of short circuit caused by insect boy residuals. Wire space can be adjusted according to different target pests (usually no more than 10 mm)
7. Automatic protection in rainy days: when the humidity is more than 95% RH, the lamp can automatically start protection mode, when the humidity is lower than 95% RH, the lamp can get to normal operation;
8. Insulation column can stand instant high temperature of 1000 degree Celsius, corrosion resistance, high voltage resistance. In rainy day, after 30 minutes of continuous high voltage arc, insulation column is still intact without carbonization
9. Control area: 3.3 – 4 ha
10. Supply voltage/frequency: 220V / 50Hz
11. Voltage range: 160V - 280V;
12. Insulation resistance: ≥2.5 MΩ;
13. Power: ≤35W;
14. Design life: 3 ~ 5 years;
15. Lamp startup time ≤5 s when supply voltage 200 ~ 280 V
16. Lamp startup time ≤15 s when supply voltage 160 ~ 200 V
Pests can be trapped and killed, including:
Vegetable pests: beet armyworm,prodenia litura, diamondback moth, cabbage webworm, White thorn moth, and Delphacidae;
Rice pests: rice borer, leafhoppers, rice vided moth, rice three moth, rice fulgorid, diamond, rice leaf roller, locusts;
Cotton pests: cotton bollworm, oriental tobacco budworm, scarab, pink worm, mole cricket, ostrinia nubilalis, blind stink bug, noctuidea;
Tree pest: Snap back spot red bugs, busck, inchworm, fruit-piercing moth, dichocrocis punctiferalis;
Forest pests: fall webworm, tiger moth, leucoma candida, ponderous borer, handle sawyer, asian longhorned beetle, peppered moth, leaf roller, paleacrita vernata, poplar moths, cicadella viridis;
Tea pests: tea tussock moth, tea geometrid, iragoides fasciata moore, clania minuscula butler, tea lesser leafhopper, euproctis pseudoconspersa, tea net bugs;
Grains pests: sitotroga cerealella, snapping beetle, armyworm, cathartus advena wal;
Multigrain class pests: article sorghum moth, european corn borer, soybean pod borer, clanis bilineata, millet zuanxinchong, apple company leaves moth;
Soil pests: cutworm, oriental tobacco budworm, scarab, propylaea japonica;
Storage pests: cadelle, dell stolen, sitotroga cerealella, flour beetle, stegobium paniceum, corcyra cephalonica stainton, bean weevil, ladybugs;
Environmental pests: all kinds of flies and mosquitos, more than 1300 kinds of main insect pests.
