SPLIT SOLAR STREET LIGHTING
A split type of solar street lighting means solar panels, batteries, and LED lamps are all separately designed. Different from the integrated street light and all in two solar street light, split solar street light is a flexible combination with each component with different capacities. For example, for some places with much rain, we can increase the power of solar panels and the capacity of the battery so as to ease the concern about the installation space for solar batteries. In a word, capable of suiting the specific needs of different customers, the split solar lamp can provide a more reliable and safe lighting performance.
HOW DOES SPLIT SOLAR STREET LIGHTING WORK?
The solar cells in the panel will first seize the energy from the sun during the day. That energy will then be converted into electricity and stored in the battery. Once sunlight starts to fade and the solar panel voltage drops lower than 5 volts, LEDs of the split solar lamp will then progressively start to light on. The controller in thesplit solar lampwill normally control the battery charging and the working time and mode of the light. In general, thesplit solar street light will remain on throughout the night, consuming the energy stored in the battery. The next day the cycle repeats.
