BRAKE SHOE WELDER
The brake shoe welding machine is independently developed and produced by Xihe. At present, the medium frequency roll welding machine is used for single rib brake shoes, and the gas shielded welding machine is used for plug welding, fillet welding and reshaping of double rib brake shoes of heavy trucks. The equipment adopts the color touch screen to control the parameters. The clamping, positioning, displacement, welding and unloading of the workpiece are automatically completed. The equipment is manually loaded, then the mold is clamped, and the product is welded by medium frequency welding or gas shielded welding. Rotate the fixture to complete all welding points, and finally unload automatically. Complete the whole process.
