BRAKE SHOE WELDER
The brake shoe welding machine is independently developed and produced by Xihe. At present, the medium frequency roll welding machine is used for single rib brake shoes, and the gas shielded welding machine is used for plug welding, fillet welding and reshaping of double rib brake shoes of heavy trucks. The equipment adopts the color touch screen to control the parameters. The clamping, positioning, displacement, welding and unloading of the workpiece are automatically completed. The optimized program design makes the connection of each step smoother and the welding efficiency higher.
HOW DOES BRAKE SHOE WELDERWORK?
The equipment is manually loaded, then the mold is clamped, and the product is welded by medium frequency welding or gas shielded welding. Rotate the fixture to complete all welding points, and finally unload automatically. Complete the whole process.
How Does Brake Shoe Welder Work?
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF BRAKE SHOE WELDER
1
Brake shoe is an important component in vehicle braking system. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the welding shoe of the brake shoe should not overflow during welding, thereby reducing subsequent grinding. The penetration depth and strength of each solder joint should be ensured.
2
The solder joints should be uniform and free of defects such as undercut, cracks, and lack of fusion. You may need to configure multiple welders to ensure consistent welding. It is also important to keep the output welding voltage consistent with this setup.
FEATURES OF BRAKE SHOE WELDER
brake shoe welder
FIRST
Nice weld
The workpiece is clamped by hydraulic pressure, which can ensure the welding quality. The equipment is equipped with a brand gas shielded welding machine, and the welding shape is beautiful.
