Mortar wear tester

Applicable standards:

ASTM G65: A standard published by the American Society for Materials and Testing (ASTM) specifically for evaluating the performance of materials under conditions of mortar wear.

Main parameters:

Test station: refers to the number of samples that the tester can test simultaneously. For example, some testers have 6 stations and can test 6 samples at the same time to improve test efficiency.

Motor speed: refers to the speed of the motor that drives the rotation of the abrasive and sample in the tester. The speed of speed directly affects the speed and degree of wear. The common motor speed range may be between several hundred and several thousand RPM.
