Microcrystalline wax for enhancing the abrasion resistance of rubber

Formation of a surface protective film: Following rubber vulcanisation, microcrystalline wax gradually migrates to the surface, forming a dense, continuous physical protective layer. Enhancing processing properties: During mixing and moulding, microcrystalline wax acts as an internal lubricant, improving rubber flow and promoting more uniform product structure, thereby indirectly enhancing wear resistance.
Synergistic anti-ageing: By shielding against ozone, ultraviolet radiation and oxygen erosion, it delays rubber ageing and cracking, preserving material integrity and sustaining long-term wear resistance.
