Micronized PE/PP wax used for plastic rubber packing
Polyethylene micropowder wax, as a functional material, is widely used in various industrial sectors.
In the ink industry, it can be used in solvent-based flexographic inks, packaging gravure inks, offset inks, water-based letterpress inks, and overprint varnishes to enhance rub resistance, scratch resistance, and a smooth, slippery feel, while having minimal impact on gloss.
In the coatings industry, it is used in solvent-based coatings, water-based coatings, powder coatings, can coatings, UV-curable coatings, industrial coatings, and wood finishes to impart abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, and a smooth, slippery feel to the coating film.
In plastics processing, it serves as a lubricant and dispersant in the manufacture of color masterbatches, PVC pipes, plastic profiles, and injection-molded products to improve flow properties and surface finish.
