Firstly, we buy high quality aluminum foil jumbos from aluminum manufacturers.
Secondly, we formulate and mix the chemical contents to different glues, such as solvent acrylic, water-based acrylic, natural rubber or hot melt.
Thirdly, we coat the glue on the aluminum foil by using our automatic coating lines. If no liner aluminum foil tape, we will also coat silicon on the other side. If with liner, then we directly laminate the paper liner on which.
Sometimes, our customer might just buy the jumbo rolls. But sometimes, our customers might buy cut rolls, then we use our slitting machines to cut jumbo to small rolls.
