In the field of metallurgy, BOYA has developed and applied high speed, heavy load, and large angle ball cage drive shafts with a comprehensive selection of models and specifications, such as BJ type drive shafts for the drive equipment of pinch rolls, deflection rolls, live sleeves, tension rolls, degreasing rolls, scrubbing rolls, sealing rolls and squeezing rolls in various production lines in ferrous metallurgy, and BHJ type drive shafts for the main drive of mills in non-ferrous metallurgy, all of which are widely used and occupy a major market share in China. The ball cage type drive shafts are significantly better than the cross shaft type in terms of life, rotational accuracy, and adaptability to high speeds at approximately the same rotary diameter. Compared to long shaft drum tooth drive shafts, ball cage drive shafts can adapt to greater angles of use and impact loads; compared to short drum tooth couplings, BOYA has developed the BJS type ball cage drive shaft, which has a greater angle of application and expansion than the drum tooth type, simplifying installation and adjustment.
