External Sleeve Choke Valve

Features of External Sleeve Choke Valve:
The inner cage type throttle valve comprises a valve body and a valve cover, the valve cover is connected with the valve body through a fixing bolt, an inlet passage is arranged at a lower end of the valve body, an outlet passage is arranged on one side of the valve body, and a valve is arranged in the valve body a seat is disposed in the valve seat with a first connecting passage communicating with the inlet passage, and the valve seat is embedded with an integral alloy cage sleeve, and the integral alloy cage sleeve is provided with a second connecting passage communicating with the first connecting passage, The integral alloy cage sleeve is provided with a plurality of throttle orifices, and the second connection passage communicates with the outlet passage through the throttle orifice and the outer sleeve of the integral alloy cage sleeve is provided with an alloy retaining ring, and the alloy retaining ring is embedded in the Inside the lower end of the valve stem, the upper end of the valve stem extends out of the valve cover and is inserted into the stem nut that cooperates with the valve stem.
The cage type throttle valve is characterized in that it comprises: a valve body and a valve cover, and the valve cover is connected to the valve body through a fixing bolt, the valve body The lower end of is provided with an inlet passage, one side of the valve body is provided with an outlet passage, and a valve seat is arranged in the valve body, and the valve seat is disposed therein. There is a first connecting passage communicating with the inlet passage, the valve seat is embedded with an integral alloy cage sleeve, and the integral alloy cage sleeve is provided with the first connection a second connecting passage in which the passages communicate with each other, the integral alloy cage is provided with a plurality of throttle holes, and the second connecting passage passes through the throttle holes communicating with the outlet passage, the upper end of the integral alloy cage is sleeved with an alloy retaining ring, and the alloy retaining ring is embedded at the lower end of the valve stem. Internally, the upper end of the valve stem extends out of the valve cover and is disposed in a stem nut that cooperates with the valve stem. Rotating is disposed at the upper end of the valve cover, and a hand wheel is disposed outside the nut. The inner wall of the valve cover is provided with a transmission key that cooperates with the valve stem. A gasket ring is disposed between the valve body and the valve cover, and a sealing ring is disposed between the valve body and the valve stem.
