The VMC-856 High Speed 3 Axis Gantry Vertical Machining Centersare high-performance, high-stability CNC machines specifically engineered for high-precision milling, drilling, tapping, and boring of complex components. Featuring a modular design, this series offers excellent rigidity and dynamic performance, capable of handling a wide range of machining needs—from small and medium-sized parts to large workpieces. The VM series Vertical Machining Centeris widely used in industries such as mold making, aerospace, automotive manufacturing, and energy equipment production.

High-Rigidity Structural Design:
The machine base is made from high-quality cast iron and optimized through finite element analysis (FEA) for superior vibration resistance and thermal stability. All three axes utilize high-precision linear guides, with the Z-axis equipped with a counterbalance system to minimize vibration during high-speed operation, ensuring long-term machining accuracy.
High Precision and Dynamic Performance:
Repeatability: ±0.003 mm per 300 mm, ideal for precision mold making and complex surface machining.
Spindle speed ranges from 8,000 to 12,000 RPM with high torque, suitable for both heavy-duty roughing and high-speed finishing.

Optional support for 4-axis or 5-axis simultaneous machining (with optional rotary table).
