HVD-FP-A fully automatic filter pressis composed of a filter plate or filter frame. The filter plate and the filter frame form a set of filter chambers in the middle of press filter machine. The surface of the filter plate is grooved and the protruding part is used to support the filter cloth. The filter frame or filter plate has a through-hole in the corner, which forms a complete channel after assembly, and can pass into the suspension, washing water, and lead out the filtrate. Plate and frame filter press machine workinglike this: each side of the filter plate or the filter frame has a handle supported on the beam, and the filter plate or the filter frame is pressed down by a pressing device. The filter cloth between the filter plate or between the filter plate and the filter frame acts as a sealing gasket. The suspension fluid is pumped into the filter chamber and formed on the filter cloth until the filter chamber is fully filled. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows along the groove of the filter plate to the corner channel of the filter plate or plate frame for centralized discharge. After filtration, the filter residue can be washed with clean water. After washing, sometimes also through the compressed air, remove the remaining washing liquid. Then open the diagram of plate and frame filter pressto remove the filter residue, clean the filter cloth, press the filter plate again,

and start the next working cycle.
