PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line
Polyethylene foamed packages, also name as EPE packages, is kind of new type packing material with the features of damp proofing, shock proofing, sound insulation, heat preservation, and good plasticity. It is an ideal substitute for traditional packing material and used widely in the packing electronic products, daily necessities, glass, pottery, electrical household appliance, spraying, hardware product, toy etc.
PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Lineis a single-screw extruder, unique screw, and economical extruding system produces extruded expanded cellular polyethylene foam sheet of innumerable closed cell in the continuous roll for cushioning packaging and insulation materials.
Our single-screw extruder, an integral component of the PE Foam Sheet Extrusion Line enables an optimal foaming and maximum output.
A unique screw provides an intensive mixing and enables the production of quality foam sheet with any cell size and density.
Our dies, specially manufactured for its high tolerance, provide an efficient process and flexibility to create the highest quality foam to meet customer’s diverse demands like EPE sheet etc.
- Auto temp. control via PID temp, control or PLC controlled touch screen on customers request.
- Hydraulic screen change system enables a continual production even during changing screens.
- AC motor and variable frequency inverter control system are durable in any harsh factory environment.
- Our Three-Way Special Cooling System inside of dies and inside of screw guarantees low-density foam with noticeably short aging time enabling direct lamination with the film.
The EPE foam sheet laminating machine is the deep processing equipment of EPE foamed sheet (pearl cotton) products and it is mainly used for the overlay of the surface of EPE foamed sheet (pearl cotton). The material of PE film, aluminized, plastic coating paper, plastic coating cloth, etc. can be chosen for it.
The laminated foamed sheet (pearl cotton) can improve the intensity with the features of damp-proofing, waterproofing, and good surface finish. It can be used for word and picture printing with improved quality and widely used in the packing of the inner lining of boxes and cases, life jacket, the liner of the wooden floor, automobile sunshade, sunshade sear of the motorcycle, household appliances, precision instrument, top-grade porcelain, etc.
The EPE foam sheet bonding machine is mainly used for the adhesive bonding and thickening of EPE foamed sheet (pearl cotton). The thickened foamed sheet (pearl cotton) can increase the intensity and thickness and it is widely used for the packaging of electronic product, building intermediate layer, sound insulation, heat preservation, etc.
