PTFE coated heating plate, adjustable and digital temperature control knob, the difference in surface temperature ≤±3℃, handy operation.
The machine includes a mainframe with all diameter of layer clamps, stand for heating plate, facing tool and heating plate.
Removable PTFE coated heating plate with the separate temperature control system;
Electric Trimmer with reversible double cutting edge blades;
Be made of Aluminum material, easy to carry and transport;
Low starting pressure ensures reliable welding quality of small pipes;

The machine should be operated in a dry area. The protective measures should be adopted when it is used in rain or on wet ground.
The main difference is whether they contain hydraulic units that can provide hydraulic strength to move or remove the two pipes while butt fusion process, and keep a certain & stable pressure while two pipes are bonded. Manual butt welding machine doesn’t consist of a hydraulic unit. So the pipe move/removal shall be made manually. Obviously, the hydraulic welding machine is more convenient, labor-saving and intelligent than the manual type, so the manual one is only suitable for machines under 315mm.
