Positioning Machine JM-600B
The vision positioning machineis the core component for producing lid-and-base boxes. Vision positioning offers greater stability and higher positioning accuracy than manual alignment. It enables faster model changeovers compared to sensor-based positioning, with a minimum setup time of 7 minutes for the vision positioning section. Today, vision positioning is applied in the production of lid-and-base boxes, gift boxes, shoe boxes, cases, cosmetic cases, ring boxes, jewelry boxes, tea boxes, and more.

It can also position hardcover books, enabling some clients to handle small box orders using visual positioning. The JM-600B is a dual-function visual positioning machine capable of positioning both lid-and-base boxes and hardcover books. Its operating mode can be switched with a single button.
