SiSiB produces a series of silanes, siloxanes and emulsions, which can be used for the waterproof treatment of various substrates: concrete, slate, sandstone, limestone and marble, bricks and tiles.
All building materials are exposed to damaging environments, from water ingression to high alkalinity erosion. Silane and siloxane have excellent water-repellent properties, can penetrate and form a protective layer in the substrate a few millimeters deep, and will not significantly reduce the permeability of water vapor. Other hydrophobic treatments may block or seal pores and capillaries, resulting in less vapor transmission and loss of performance after surface abrasion. The hydrophobic treatment of silicone is durable, because silicones have good resistance to external influences, such as ultraviolet radiation, thermal stress, corrosive substances and microbes. This is due to extremely stable covalent bonds between the silane and the silicate matrix of the pores and capillary walls in the concrete.
Silanes used for concrete waterproofing must penetrate well into relatively dense concrete and resist the high alkalinity degradation in new concrete. The purpose of hydrophobic impregnation is to prevent the absorption of water and corrosive substances dissolved in the capillaries by using a colorless non-film-forming agent, thereby protecting the exposed external walls from moisture and related damage. Because the capillaries remain open, the substrate maintains its vapor permeability.
SiSiB® WR0412 is high purity, undiluted iso-butyltriethoxysilane. This product by SiSiB, a reliable silicone oil manufacturer, is recommended for the hydrophobic impregnation and priming of concrete and reinforced concrete in road, bridge and building construction.
SiSiB® WR0802 is high purity n-Octyltriethoxysilane; it is used as a surface modifier to generate hydrophobictity (e.g. concrete, glass, inorganic pigments, or mineral fillers).

SiSiB® WR2020
SiSiB® WR2020 is a methylhydrogen silicone fluid, CAS No. 63148-57-2. SiSiB® WR2020 is used for water repellent (hydrophobing) treatment of plasterboard and plaster blocks. It is similar to is similar to MH-1107 (DowCorning), TSF-484 (Momentive), DF-1040 (Momentive), Rhodorsil H68 (Rhodia), SILRES BS 94 (Wacker) and KF-99 (ShineTsu).
SiSiB® WR0412

SiSiB® WR0801
SiSiB® WR0801 is a monomeric medium-chain alkylfunctional silane. It is a colorless liquid and soluble in common non-polar organic solvent. SiSiB® WR0801 is used as a surface modifier to generate hydrophobictity (e.g. concrete, glass, inorganic pigments, or mineral fillers).
SiSiB® WR0802
SiSiB® WR0802 is a monomeric medium-chain alkylfunctional silane. It can be used in the formulation of water repellent products. Upon proper application, the formulated product will penetrate and provide water repellency by chemically reacting with the cementitious substrate. Treated substrates are hydrophobic and retain their original appearance. It is equal to Dow's Z-6341, Evonk's OCTEO and Momentive's Silquest A-137.
SiSiB® WR0812
SiSiB® WR0812 is suitable for water-repellent impregnation of construction materials (especially concrete and reinforced concrete). It increases their resistance to alkalis and reduces water absorption, thus improving durability. It hydrolyze slowly in the presence of moisture (ethanol is released) to form reactive silanols, which can react with themselves to produce siloxanes. It is equal to Dow's Z-6672, Wacker's SILANE IO-TRIETHOXY.
SiSiB® WR4004
SiSiB® WR4004 Emulsion is a 40% active non ionic emulsion containing alkoxysilanes. Silanes are well known for their ability to provide hydrophobicity and decrease dramatically the water ingress of cementitious materials.
SiSiB® WR1290
SiSiB® WR1290 is a solventless silicone concentrate based on a mixture of silane and siloxane, which is dilutable with organic solvents. It can be widely used as water repellents for marble, granite, sandstone, splitting tile, aerated concrete, ferroconcrete, bridge concrete, tunnel concrete, cement fiberboards, mineral plasters, mineral-based natural and artificial stone. It is similar to Wacker's Silres BS1290.
SiSiB® WR5050
Highly efficient powder water repellent for cementitious dry-mix powder. SiSiB® WR5050 is easy to mix in powdered composition, it will increase water repellency with no post-treatment required. It can provide excellent resistance to water absorption throughout the material. It is similar to Dow's GP-SHP-50, Evonik's SITREN P-750.
