Chinese garlic in brine/ pickled/salted garlic
1.Garlic in brine are prepared from fresh clean garlic cloves. The product is selected, blanched, cooled, pickled, sorted, inspected and packed in accordance with good manufacturing practices and customer needs. The main sizes : L (150-250 grains/kg) M, (250-350), S ( 340-4500），SS（ 45-550）， 600-800， 800-1000 and 1000+...
2.The packing is 50KG/drum or 180kg/plastic drum or 500kg/wooden box.
3.It has typical original aroma and taste of garlic. Some time the Acetic acid could be added as requests. The general salinity is about 22%. But the garlic in brine with lower salinity could be offered too.
