D type Impulse Current Test System
Application
The D type impulse current test systems are specially designed to generate impulse current of exponential shapes. The system can be designed in various ways for meeting customers’ requirements. The very user-friendly control unit can be expanded with a standard interface so that the tests can be controlled from a host computer.
The test object includes the below electrical apparatus:
- SPD (surge protective device)
- Varistor, GDT, TVS
- Lightning rod
- Other lightning protection device
