In screen grading, the material is separated mechanically on screen plates. Vibrating screen has rolling bearing stressed by high loads. Output of the screen depends on screen inclination, feeding system, screen RPM and vibration ratio. We can design and supply all ranges of vibrating screens according to the capacity and requirement.
Vibrating screen is manufactured for stand alone or supplemental installations. It can be manufactured in customized shape and size fit to the crusher and other processing applications and production requirements. Vibro screens are suitable with various screening systems. It can be installed and integrated with existing crusher units and plants. Screens are used for discharging bulky goods, sand, gravel, coal, mineral ores and coke from hoppers to crusher.

2. Crossbeam and the main body of the screen are connected with high strength screw bolts. So they have the features of simple structure and easy maintenance.
3. It adopts tire coupling with capability of flexible connection and stable operation.
4. It adopts the structure of small amplitude, high frequency, large obliquity to make the screen hold the capability of high efficiency, large handling capacity, long life span, low consumption, little noise.
