In screen grading, the material is separated mechanically on screen plates. Vibrating screen has rolling bearing stressed by high loads. Vibrating screen is manufactured for stand alone or supplemental installations. It can be manufactured in customized shape and size fit to the crusher and other processing applications and production requirements. Vibro screens are suitable with various screening systems. It can be installed and integrated with existing crusher units and plants. Screens are used for discharging bulky goods, sand, gravel, coal, mineral ores and coke from hoppers to crusher.
