180 degree elbow silicone hoses or U hoses, are divided into two types for their different reinforcements: polyester and Nomex. Each of them has unique characteristics to meet your special applications.Polyester reinforced - 180 degree elbow silicone hose
Silicone hose, reinforced by polyester, is very effective for carrying air, water, coolant, or be sprayed by small amount of oil mist. It is often be found in vehicle cooling systems like cold sides of intercooler air hoses, and general industrial applications within the temperature of -50�� to +170��.

Nomex reinforced for high temperature - 180 degree elbow silicone hose
Nomex is a flame-resistant, high thermal and chemical resistant fiber. At extraordinarily high temperatures, it still maintains its property without excessively softening. It is especially suitable for turbo boost hoses, hot side intercooler hoses and EGR connectors.
