135 degree silicone hose - polyester reinforced
135��Silicone hose, reinforced by polyester, is very effective for carrying air, water, coolant, or be sprayed by small amount of oil mist. It is often be found in vehicle cooling systems like cold sides of intercooler air hoses, and general industrial applications within the temperature of -50�� to +170��.

3-5-ply polyester reinforcement;
Ideal working temperature: -50�� to +170��;
Silicone liner used as a barrier to isolate medium;

135 degree silicone hose - Nomex reinforced for High TempNomex is a flame-resistant, high thermal and chemical resistant fiber. At extraordinarily high temperatures, it still maintains its property without excessively softening. It is especially suitable for turbo boost hoses, hot side intercooler hoses and EGR connectors.

135 degree silicone hose - Fluoro lined
Fluoro lined silicone hoses not only withstand extreme temperatures, generally from �C55��C to +170��C, but also is quite compatible with hydrocarbon liquids, such as petrol, diesel and oil. It is often used in turbocharger and intercooler hoses which meet Euro 3 and 4 emission levels.
In addition, Fluoro of high concentration at 80/20 is used and the liner of Fluoro is 1mm in thickness. Some manufactures dilute the material just for lower cost, and make the liner thinner. All will not reach the expected effects and the hose will be corroded quickly.
