Continuous Belt Shot Blasting Machinesproviding the ideal solution for the batch cleaning of typically larger castings which are not subject to part on part impact damage. Machine is offered with (hydraulic) automated loading from stillages (or similar).Components are placed onto a continuous heavy duty steel mill which, when activated provides a gentle rolling or tumbling action to the parts presenting every facet to the blast stream. Timed door interlocks prevent the operator opening doors either during the blast process or for a short period of time after the completion of the blast cycle to ensure operator safety.
