Spraying cementing machine
Switch on, meter the single-component/double-component polyurethane/epoxy glue and transport it to multi-valve linkage dispensing device (invention patent No.:817297) which will dispense the glue in homogeneous linear form, and meanwhile, autonomously control atomized water to realize water excitation.
Pump out the material packed in a 1 ton or 200L packing barrel with a barrel emptying pump, transport it to a thermostatic material barrel with liquid level display and upper and lower limit alarming function and feed the material by automatically controlling charge pump through upper-and-lower-limit liquid level meter. The metering system transports the thermostatic raw material to the aerial drainage actuator. When the system is turned off, the material will flow back to the material barrel; when the spraying and cementing process starts, multi-valve linkage dispensing device begins to dispense glue. The distance between the glue lines is about 15mm, which shall be specifically designed according to needs.
When the spraying and cementing ends, the dispensing head will reset automatically, the dispensing valve will be closed and the multi-valve linkage dispensing device will return to the initial position.
