LH MVR Falling Film Evaporator

Main features of falling film evaporator:

The feed liquid is added from the top of the evaporator and flows along the tube wall under the action of gravity, and in the process, the solvent is continuously evaporated so that the solute concentration is increased, and the finishing liquid is obtained at the bottom of the heat exchanger. The compressed steam enters the MVR compressor. After the compressor is compressed, the pressure rises and the temperature rises. As a new heat source, the material that needs to be evaporated is heated. MVR falling film evaporator is mainly composed of preheater, separator, vacuum system, MVR compressor, control system and cleaning system.

MVR falling film evaporator product advantages:

• The evaporation temperature is low, the minimum can be controlled at 45-55 degrees C, no foaming, no running, high evaporation efficiency.

• The heat transfer temperature difference is small, can achieve moderate evaporation, hard coke, very suitable for heat sensitive materials.

• The material with high evaporation concentration and large viscosity (0.05-0., 45Pa*s) has a film like flow with little loss of temperature difference.
