Pittsburgh Lock Forming Machine
The duct lock forming machine, also known as the bite sewing machine, the undercutting machine, the air duct biting machine, the air duct skein machine. It is a multifunctional machine, mainly used for bite processing of sheet joints and round duct closed connections. It can meet the bone shape of various shapes of duct manufacturing. The thickness of the processed sheet is 0.5-1.2 mm and 0.7-1.5 mm. All gears, shafts, and rolls of the machine are made of high-quality bearing steel. After the strict heat treatment process, the machine is durable and of stable quality. It is easy to install, beautiful in appearance, reasonable in mechanical principle, flexible in movement, convenient in operation and so on.

It’s mainly used with rectangular HVAC duct forming machines like TDF flange forming machine, sheet metal folding machine, CNC plasma cutting machine, beading grooving machine, seam closing machine, electric shearing machine, electric rolling machine and so on together. which are indispensable mechanized pieces of equipment for various sheet metal processing and widely used in HVAC duct forming.
