Our clawer shoes are manufactured by low alloy high strength steel, they are all heat treatment to the above requirement mechanical property to suit any working conditions. Every single shoe is induction hardened at the main wear areas such as roller path and drive lug to increase wear performance in any environment.
Track pins are induction hardened to achieve balanced joint performance. The simplified retention system offers maximum reliability and serviceability for minimum machine downtime during parts replacement. WALKSON also provides system one undercarriage products like electric rope shovelor hydraulic shovel.
