Differential pressure gauge 1 inchis widely used in industry to measure the pressure of fans and blowers, filter resistance, wind speed, furnace ventilation, pressure drop caused by orifices, the liquid level of the bubbling system and the pressure of the booster or hydraulic system. Differential pressure instruments can also detect gas-air ratio and automatic control valves, as well as monitor blood and respiratory pressures on medical equipment. CG gaugehas a reasonable structure design of novel appearance. Using advanced technology, they are designed in small size, light weight, good stability with long service life and strong adaptability. The connection form of the instrument joint has two kinds of parallel type (which can be directly connected with the second valve group) and oblique type, which can adapt to the matching installation of different users. The CG Differential Pressure Gauges adopt a double bellows structure, that is, two bellows are respectively installed on the symmetrical positions on both sides of the "I"-shaped bracket. Differential Pressure Gauge Working Principle
Differential pressure gauge is used to measure the difference between two pressures. The medium cavity of the differential pressure gauge is separated into two parts by the pressure element. If the two measured pressures are equal, the pressure element will not move and the output of the pressure gauge is zero. If the two pressures are not equal and there is a pressure difference, the differential pressure gauge will indicate the pressure difference. It transmits the displacement of the pressure element through mechanical movement and indicates the pressure difference. Using simple, frictionless stimulating movement, differential air pressure gauge can quickly measure non-destructive positive pressure, negative pressure or differential pressure of air.
