structure

1. Main drive system: The main drive system of this automatic liquid packaging machine adopts planetary cycloidal needle wheel reducer to drive sprocket to rotate the spindle, and drives vertical seal cam, belt feeding bevel gear, push rod cam, horizontal seal cam and filling regulator to complete all the actions of the machine.
2. Belt feeding part: The belt feeding bevel gear drives the belt feeding regulator in this soy sauce vinegar packaging machine, which drives the clamping pliers to move up and down to complete the required size belt feeding.
3. Filling part: The filling liquid such as soy sauce, vinegar, shampoo, soybean milk, etc. is injected into the film tube by the metering pump, and the amount is adjusted by the quantitative regulator.
4: Transverse sealing part: the film bag formed, vertically sealed and filled under the clamp is bonded and cut by the transverse sealing heating block of this automatic liquid packaging machine to complete the whole bag making process.

Operation and adjustment:
1. Turn on the power supply of the liquid automatic soy sauce vinegar packaging machine correctly, and stir up the spindle to rotate counterclockwise.
2. Start the machine and run it for 5-10 minutes. Rinse the pipes and metering pumps with clean water to ensure that the food hygiene standards are met.
3. Put the plastic film barrel on the screw rod of the material rack of the liquid packaging machine first, then fasten the base, taking the forming center as the benchmark, so that the left and right widths of the film are consistent when forming. Press and fix it with two sections of bag handwheels, and adjust the tension of the tension spring of the brake arm, so that the belt feeding is flexible and the brake is good.
4. Adjust the vertical sealing temperature of the automatic packaging machine for soy sauce and vinegar liquid to 150-200℃, and fine-tune it according to room temperature and film material, so as to stick it firmly. Adjust the temperature of the printing wheel to about 80℃-100℃, so as to make the handwriting clear. After preheating for 30 minutes to keep the heating block constant, the liquid such as soy sauce, edible vinegar, cooking wine and white vinegar can be filled and produced.
5. Adjust the position of the belt feeding connecting rod of the soy sauce vinegar packaging machine on the belt feeding regulator to obtain the required bag length, and adjust it outward to be extended and inward to be shortened. After adjusting the time limit, loosen the firm nut on the shrinking block, and then twist the adjusting handle. After adjustment, the fastening nut can be fastened.
6. Adjust the position of the connecting rod of the metering pump of this machine on the quantitative regulator, and you can get the required amount of liquid packaging such as soy sauce, white vinegar, vinegar, cooking wine, milk, etc., and adjust it inward to decrease and outward to increase (see Article 5 for the method).
7. Ink printing part: To adjust the distance between the ink wheel and letters of this soy sauce vinegar liquid packaging machine, turn the ink wheel adjustment button to make the ink wheel and letters feel lightly rubbed. To adjust the pressure between the letter wheel and the film, adjust the nuts of the three fixing screws at the back of the printing box, subject to clear handwriting. Note: When the machine is stopped, the tetrafluoroethylene insulation sheet (hanging on the machine box) should be inserted between the printing wheel and the film to avoid burning the film.

9. Regularly check the vertical and horizontal sealing heating block of the automatic packaging machine for soy sauce and vinegar liquid, and remove the adhered dirt in time. Metal tools are not allowed to be used during removal, so as not to damage the working face, and regularly (several times per shift) rub silicone grease on the vertical and horizontal sealing non-stick cloth to prolong the service life of the non-stick cloth and increase the heat sealing effect.
