Advantages of valve pocket packaging machine:
1. According to the characteristics of different materials, such as bulk density, particle size, fluidity, moisture content, angle of repose, etc., choose different feeding methods.
Pneumatic filling system: The pneumatic filling system introduces compressed air to homogenize the materials in the sealed cabin, so as to fill the materials into the packaging bags.
Impeller filling system: Impeller filling system is used to fill loose, free-flowing or poorly flowing powdery materials. In this system, the speed of impeller blades is adjusted by frequency converter and motor to complete the transportation of materials.
Diaphragm filling system: materials enter the packaging bag through a specially designed powder diaphragm pump. Compared with traditional vacuum filling, this design can provide less energy consumption, higher filling rate and higher filling accuracy.
