Technical features:
DCS-50KM automatic quantitative packaging system adopts a brand-new design, and adopts low-voltage pulse conveying technology (or impeller feeding) to convey materials with energy saving and high efficiency, so that materials can be filled quickly and stably. Through the new central controller and special control software, the equipment can be accurately controlled to ensure the packaging accuracy. The filling nozzle adopts the instantaneous air bag technology, low-pressure injection technology, high-pressure high-speed vacuum suck-back technology for dust-free and efficient filling of materials, selects the ultrasonic instantaneous heat sealing technology, adopts the multi-link automatic bag pushing technology to ensure that the finished products are packed neatly, and combines multiple machines, and is equipped with a more effective cooperative manipulator and a high-level palletizing system with the control system of unloading and anti-folding.
