Textile Fast test Machine for Fastness Colors Control
Product Information:
Multi-Fastest is an analytical device designed to obtain quick responses on the fastness of dyes on fabrics, yarns, knitwear, coated/resin finished products. Etc.
The device may be used to carry out numerous and varied fastness tests by dyeing laboratories or clients themselves, the users of dyed textile materials, who wish to verify quickly and safely the fastness properties of textile materials before proceeding with cutting and manufacturing operations.
The specific software, installed on the system’s PC, makes it possible to create custom working programmes to conduct tests and obtain analytical results in just a few seconds or minutes.
A number of fastness and resistance tests are possible, including:
Water fastness –light test 20℃
Hot water fastness-40/50℃
Chlorinated water fastness (swimming pool)
Seawater fastness
Sweat fastness (acid)
Sweat fastness (alkaline)
Dry wash fastness (perchloroethylene)
Wash fastness at 40℃
Wash fastness at 60℃
Wash fastness at 80℃
Wash fastness at 95℃
Home wash fastness at 95℃ (rigorous test)
Dispersed dye fastness (free oligomers)
Organic solvent colour fastness
Dry-rubbing colour fastness
Wet-rubbing colour fastness
Pilling resistance
Scratch resistance (swear)
Resistance to hot iron at 150-200℃ (sublimation)
