AH-605 Reciprocating Electrostatic Spraying Machine
Automatic reciprocating spraying machinesare designed to deliver exceptional coating performance with maximum efficiency and precision. Thesepowder coating reciprocatorsare driven by a PLC-controlled servo system, ensuring seamless and accurate spraying operations. Eachelectrostatic spray gunis capable of lateral reciprocating motion, as well as vertical movement along the Z-axis, guaranteeing uniform and consistent coating application.
Product Working Principle
Our automatic reciprocating spraying machines operate through a sophisticated PLC-driven servo controller. This advanced system powers the corresponding spray gun for lateral reciprocating spraying, achieving the highest degree of automation. The gear belt drive mechanism ensures smooth operation of the servo motor, while the use of a top-tier domestic brand worm gear reducer provides virtually maintenance-free performance. The reducer requires no refueling and is designed for long-term durability.
