Standard Retrofit Roof Drains
One-piece spun Aluminum body with Heavy-Duty dome strainer & clamping ring for years of long-lasting durability. Featuring the USMSDS (Double Seal) No leak mechanical Water-Tite seal (Patent pending)! CurrentlyStandard Retrofit Roof Drainis designed to mechanically expand both the Upper Seal to tighten firmly to the drain’s stem and the Lower Seal to the inside of the actual drainpipe in which it is inserted, simply by turning 4 screws perpendicular from one another, each an equal number of turns so that it seals evenly to both the drain itself and the actual drainpipe.
