Series overview
ISTE pulp molding hydraulic die cut machine adopts sheet metal carbon steel welded paint frame, stable and beautiful. The machine applies linear motor system for loading and unloading. Fast speed, high precision, no noise, no need to apply lube. Die cutting method adopts hydraulic servo system, grating ruler positioning, accurate control, low energy consumption. Using pressure feedback system, which can accurately control the cutting pressure of the mold and greatly increase the service life of the mold. The loading and unloading mechanism adopts modular design, which is convenient for clients to replace products quickly. Adopts manual stacking loading, can put multiple pieces of products at a time, one operator can operate multiple machines at the same time, it can also do the docking with robot to have automatic loading. There are different types of models for clients to choose, can be customized according to customer specific requirements.
