The unit is used to produce PVC soft pipe with steel wire reinforcing. The pipe wall is soft PVC plastic, in which there are spiral steel wire. The pipes have the strong point of pressure and corrosion resistance and antistatic. It is used to convey the pressure or corrosive gas and liquid, vent impure liquid. It is widely used in such areas as mechanical engineering, chemical industry, architecture, agriculture irrigation, vacuum device and dust collector soft pipe.
This line adopts high speed and efficiency extruder, can guarantee the quality of plasticization and capacity. Special design for steel wire winding machine makes the steel winding evenly and consistent. Extruder head also adopts special design, which makes the finished pipe more transparent and the steel wire uniformly distributed. The main electrical equipments adopt imported brand, so the running is more stable. All of the control keys adopt incorporated design, the operation become much quicker and easier.
