Large caliber heat-preservation pipe extrusion line
Features: This line is used to produce large caliber heat-preservation pipes. The pipes are used for outer layer of heating conduits, that its middle layer is foamed PU and inner layer is steel pipe. This line also can produce water-supply pipes and drainage pieps. It includes extruder, die head, water cooling tank, haul-off machine, haul-off machines, gas-sealing machine, bracket and eletrical controlling parts.
I. Function:
SJ series single screw extruder is extrusion style, and can produce pipes, sticks, films, filaments, bottles include wire, cables, insulations by changing different die heads( die lips, mandrils).
II. Characteristic:
1. adopt frequency conversion timing motor, that is AC constant torque motor to reach non-pole timing by inverter, its timing range is wide, can save electricity, have lower power, good startup capability, big torque,etc.
2. adopt high hardness gear decelerate gearbox, transmission is stable, maintain is convenient, and can work for long time.
3. plasticization screws have reasonable design, under high speed condition, materials can not decompounded easily, the screws can speed up melt, reduce pressure fluctuate, to make symmetrical products with higher capacity.
4. the adding section of hopper design with KTV bush, which can speed up transimission ratio of granules to reach stable performance.
5. it desgns with double-channel temperature controller, which have small wave when heating, according to different technologies of different materials to choose suitable controller and can control the temperature of die head and barral automatically.
6. cooling fans connect with heatoing rings directly to improve cooling speed of barrel.
