Lab certified by CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) – conducts full GIS performance tests: SF6 gas leakage rate test (<0.1%/year), insulation strength test, mechanical operation life test (≥10,000 times), and extreme temperature resistance test (-30℃~+50℃).
Equipped with a "smart quality control brain" and automated production lines, monitoring the entire GIS manufacturing process (from copper bar processing to gas chamber sealing) to ensure consistent batch quality.
Stable supply chain for GIS core components (circuit breakers, disconnectors, sensors), supporting urgent project timelines (e.g., 30-day delivery for 12kV/24kV GIS batches).
