3. Spondle material is 20Mn2 over all forging and heat-spondle treatment, has high strength .
4. Spindle and tube through high strength submerged axc welding ,safe and reliable crack detection .
5. Both of the spondles and used two headed CNC lathe process together , keep the spindles coaxiality , the journal was grinded ,high precision .
6. The hole of brake bracket was welded and than six hole boring process the true position was well , so it was can location high accuracy .action to improve the efficiency of the system .
