The motor’s speed is calculated according to the synchronous motor baseline divided by the reduction value, with actual output affected by load variations. Under typical working conditions, speed fluctuation may fall within the 2–15% range. For systems requiring higher reduction ratios, an additional reducer with a ratio of 10 can be integrated as a middle stage. To support stable operation, it is important that the load torque remains within the recommended limits. When torque demands become excessive and risk locking the rotor, users can install a torque-limiting device at the output connection to protect the gearbox. This configuration supports efficient adaptation in machinery with varying torque requirements.
