ZPM series PMSM motors are designed to integrate with screw compressor. PMSM rotor mounted directly on compressor main shaft. No coupling and gearbox. Well optimized and compact Integrated Screw Compressor Motor.
Product Description
Higher efficiency of IE5 class. Excellent stator and rotor design. Super strong permanent magnet materials and imported bearings. Precision-machined flange interface with compressor housing. IP66 protection for oil/gas environments. The motor power range from7.5KW to 37KW on stock. It can achieve wide-frequency speed regulation operation to save energy. The cooling methods can be air cooling or oil cooling.
Typical applications:Hydrocarbon processing compressors; HVAC screw chillers; Industrial air systems.
