PVC Door Frame Extrusion Line
This PVC door profile extrusion machine is suitable to produce door frames, window profile, wall panel, ceiling, and other PVC profiles by only easily changing different molds. We provide complete solutions from raw material to final products with over 25 years exporting experience and great PVC door extrusion technology. Besides, we have over 500 technical engineers and professional operators who will provide sustainable and reliable service for you during the whole PVC profile production process.
Our PVC door frame extrusion line supports single-cavity and dual-cavity production type based on imported computer control system and stable extrusion technology. The full PVC door frame production line is composed of raw material mixing, loader, feeding machine, extruder, mold, vacuum calibration machine, cooling, haul off machine, cutting and stacker.
