131mm LCD Display Pleated Filter Cartridge

Tanvi big fat filter cartridges are specifically designed for the wet cleaning applications in Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display (TFT LCD) manufacturing. The filters have excellent compatibility with the various process liquids. The unique cartridge construction, with its large filter area in a compact package, results in a small system footprint and reduced change-out costs.
