Because usually in daytime, people easily pay attention to the changing pictures, while at night, people easily pay attention to the light. The changing messages on the rotating prisms are intended to catch the attention of its viewer. Many individual studies that have been made in different countries, shows that the movement within a Trivision attracts attention and increases brand impact. So in daytime, our LED Trivision Billboard displays two printing advertising pictures cyclically and at night it turns to the full color LED screen. This kind of billboard times the quantities of advertisement and saved power in the daytime. And mostly our LED Trivision Billboard became the townscape later. We have developed different kinds of real & virtual pixel LED screens. Such as P16, P21, P25, P30, P38, P50 etc. The Min. screen can be 15 sq.m.The height can reach 48 m with the united split screen technology. Technique Features: 1. Aonike LED screen adopts DIP346 LED package module. Welding and gluing by ourselves. 2. Use ultra-thin nylon external member and potting glue handle the surface, the back brush conformal coatings. 3. Water-proof spinning top tightening device: We designed a plastic umbrella shielding-type device on the top of the triangular to proof water. This device has no influence to the rotate of the triangular prim. IP grade reaches to IP56. 4. Optical color mixture surface cover: On the screen surface we use a cover matched with the external member to enhance the appearance effect of the LED image. 5. Divider (Heighten joint device) with wiring terminal: When the Screen height is over 7m, it will be used. We have patent on it. It makes the prisms rotate synchronic and the wires are not intertwined. Divider extends the height of the sign over maximum prism length, prolonged section by section. 6. Coupling automatic reset (Collision avoidance & restoration) technology 7. Picture auto-flattening technology 8. Drive wheel contact point separate technology; 9. Rotating numerically controlled stepping cam adjustable clearance driving system; 10. One-way flywheel driving protection technology. Key parts: Double Triangle and transmission wheel (402 stainless steel axis) are designed and produced by ourselves. It makes sure our products have long lifespan and easy maintenance. It has lower failure rate, longer life span, more energy efficiency, smaller chromatic aberration and easy maintenance.
