1. Application:
Used as sterilization pack for medical devices, especially for dental device, with a self adhesive strip, by which to create an integral seal that will resist bacteria. The color-changing indicator can help make sure sterilization conditions, and judge the effect.
2. Materials:
Medical grade paper + see-through medical film, with adhesive closure and incorporating steam and EO indicator imprints. (Tyvek material is also available)
3. Sterilization method: EO or Steam
4. Standard:
In compliance with ISO11607 and EN868 standard, the indicator ink used is in full compliance with ISO. 11140-1.
5. Advantage:
(1) Easy identification of contents through the see-through film.
(2) Sterilization indicators are printed on it, the color will change into related color once sterilization process is done.
(3) No heat sealing equipment is required, especially suited for use in small general practices, dental surgeries and the like. Additionally the pouches are suitable for larger users who wish to avoid the costs of purchasing heat seal equipment.
